spring break

spring break:) i get three days off dance..yesterday i really had no clue what to do..today is the same just being lazy and watching tv..i have never felt so confused on what to do..lol..well might as well enjoy the days i have off cause once im back were on stage the next week then show, then competitions for for jazz co and ballet co:) im ready for the classes:)

pointe!!!

well today was a tired day at dance but i pushed my self really hard today because the teacher was using me as leader of the class and had me demonstrate the combinations a lot today=) i was excited for that but during pointe my shoes felt really dead..so now new pointe shoes:) eh i really don't like sewing them..but oh well:)

dance has been going really good:) i cracked another toe nail..our ballet company is doing another pointe dance and after that dance my feet hurt SO bad..lol..but its a good hurt. and its a slow tempo dance that's 5 min long and idk its really going through the movements. but i like it and we have romantic tutus with a lacy leotard top and it really pretty.:)

1st place:)

went to competition this weekend and we took first place gold and first place overall out of over 50 dances:):) but the classes were from 8 to 4 then competition and scholarship auditions after my body felt soo tired this Monday after it was over..lol but the classes were so fun:) and made me want to work harder in class:) haha well during the scholarship audition i kinda forgot the dance and i mostly winged it and had fun dancing and apparently i did faked it good because my dance teachers said that i did really good and looked like i was really enjoying it which i really did:) i love dance:)

so i got new toe pads(lambs wool) and the first day was fine but they really flattened. when i wore them today i really felt the floor. and it felt really good. but then once i took off my pointe shoes i saw on my other toe that the nail was coming off in the corner and i have a huge blister on my pinkie toe. but after class my teacher said i was doing really good. haha i always feel like im never good enough so i push harder. but today my body was on overload so i pushed even harder and i got my triple pirouette turn:)

High school dance show

Well i lived thought the first show. i got alot of complements on my dancing after the show. the first night i felt like it was better then the second but apparently i did better the second night as people who watched in the side wings. but yeah it went really good we were sold out both nights:):):):):) and at the end it was sad because this is the last time im going to be dancing with some of these dancers. well it was a great experience and im glad the dance i choreographed got alot of good comments and claps and cheers:):):)  but when i was back stage before i went on it sunk in like wow im really doing this, this is amazing and for that time i felt at ease, then i went on stage and kinda forgot cause i got in character:) well its a new day and ive have dance today at 11am to 6pm. i think my body hates me even more..lol

toes

yesterday i had dance from 10 am to 6pm and ballet was fine for while on flats but when we got on pointe me feet didnt hurt at the being,  so i was doing everything full out doing the marking full out and then my feet started hurting so for the rest of the hour my feet were ready to die again. so i got out of pointe and ran to change and went into my other rehearsal cause hey were all back to back with no break, anyways when i got into my other rehearsal my toe was still hurting and i was thinking that was odd since i already took off my pointe shoes and had jazz shoes on. well when i took off my jazz shoe i noticed that part of my toe nail was coming off. my feet are looking pretty attractive with blisters on my big toes and one toe with part of a toe nail. haha, oh well. oh and to continue my story i went to my classes and during our rehearsal it started snowing:):)) and thats about it..lol
